We accept returns within 7 days of receipt only under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product packaging has not been opened.
  • The product is unused, untampered, sealed, and in original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipment if:

  • The seal has been broken.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
