The product packaging has not been opened.
The product is unused, untampered, sealed, and in original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned shipment if:

The seal has been broken.
The item has been tampered with.
The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
